
Blueprint for matching quotation requests
A new blueprint for the automatic processing of quotation requests is now available, whether fully structured data sets or just notes with product characteristics.
Customers can upload quote requests for the procurement of products to the Onedot platform to automatically match these requests with their product range.
The matching is not only done by order numbers, but also with the help of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Semantic training from customer feedback
The Onedot platform uses historical attribute mapping information across customer boundaries even more intelligently.
Attribute mapping feedback also newly contributes to synonyms or related terms and therefore helps to better semantically train a variety of Onedot's machine learning models.

Navigation in files and feedback tasks
The Onedot app now offers navigation options within a list of files within a folder or feedback tasks within a category.
This allows, for example, quick browsing of multiple feedback tasks that have been assigned to different users.
