The Onedot app now displays the feedback tasks in the My Tasks view and the Tasks view in an optimal order that takes into account dependencies within and between onboardings.

This means that onboarding can be completed more quickly and efficiently.

The user experience during the filtering of data records has been revised again.

Messages about problems now have a direct action to filter the data record and display the problems directly.

Executions of data pipelines for product data onboardings are now also displayed in more detail in the detailed view of an order in the progress bar.

The status information not only shows the status of the order, but also helps users to execute the order again if errors occur in the meantime, to reduce the data if necessary, or to change the file formats if the product catalog cannot be read in correctly.

Discussions for support requests

Members of a group can hold entire discussions with dedicated support persons within their own team.

Simply ask for support by clicking on the question mark at the top right and follow the instructions to start a discussion.
