This allows a product data team to be utilized even better and more efficiently and to provide more targeted feedback on onboardings.

Various report formats for the progress indicator

Various report formats for the progress indicator

The progress indicator report is now available in two forms:

  • As a Microsoft Excel file which uses localized dates (for occasional analysis by users)
  • As CSV file which uses ISO 8601 time data (for automatic evaluation)

The content of the two reports is equivalent.

Requests for authorizations to user managers

Requests for authorizations to user managers

If a user does not have access to certain parts of the Onedot app, a page with a corresponding message is now displayed.

A link also makes it possible to automatically create a request for the necessary authorizations, which then appears for editing in the My Tasks view for users with the User Manager role.

Removing mappings from feedback tasks

Removing mappings from feedback tasks

Feedback tasks for attribute mapping or value normalization now display a note on how mappings can be easily removed again.

The notice can of course be deactivated at any time.

More efficient display of many values

Multiple values in a cell in the record view are now displayed more intelligently and combined if necessary.

This allows feedback to be given even more efficiently for larger feedback tasks, such as value normalization.

Prioritization of tasks and requests

Prioritization of tasks and requests

The My Tasks view and the task list of the Onedot app now display requests and tasks periodized.

More urgent entries will be listed at the top of the list, so that you can automatically work through your tasks in order to accelerate the currently running product data onboardings as efficiently as possible and to improve the data quality.

Pipelines in self-service mode

Pipelines in self-service mode

Orders in the Onedot app now also display the pipeline definition ID and execution ID if the orders were submitted via the Onedot API in self-service mode.

This allows users or systems to easily check the progress of the job as well as ultimately download results and reports for further processing in a PIM/ERP or marketplace system.

Accept orders for open feedback tasks

Accept orders for open feedback tasks

An order in the progress bar can now also be accepted if one or more feedback tasks are still pending.

In this case, the results of the job are considered sufficient and the open tasks are automatically closed.
