Improved behavior during self-service onboarding

Improved behavior during self-service onboarding

The progress bar displayed in the Self-Service Onboarding Assistant is now even more intuitive.

Fewer requests are made to the Onedot platform, resulting in faster processing, and error handling when importing product data catalogs has been improved.

More intuitive calculation of hit rate/recognition

More intuitive calculation of hit rate/recognition

The calculation of hit rate/recognition, which is a measure of the precision of the Onedot AI, has been redesigned.

The calculation is now calculated when the feedback task is completed and only the current user feedback is taken into account.

This makes the calculated key figures easier to understand.

Self-service onboarding

Self-service onboarding

The Onedot app now supports complete self-service product data onboarding of catalogs that are available in simple tabular formats such as Excel or CSV.

In the near future, other formats such as BMEcat or similar will also be supported.

In order to use this new functionality, the existing target definitions for onboarding in PIM/ERP systems still need to be adapted.

Please contact Onedot Support to use this functionality.

Service limitations and quota

Service limitations and quota

The Onedot platform now supports configurable limits and quotas for requests to ensure safe and fair use of the platform for all groups and users.

If you receive a message that limits or quotas for your group or user have been exceeded, please contact us via Onedot Support and let us know how you plan to use the Onedot platform so that we can provide the necessary capacity.
