Viewing and editing SFTP files

Users who configure an Onedot SFTP endpoint to access sftp.onedot.com can now not only view folders from their SFTP home directory directly in the Onedot app, but also edit and download them directly in their browser.

This functionality will also be made available to existing Onedot SFTP users in the coming days.

Further improvements for feedback tasks

Messages for feedback tasks are now displayed in different colours, depending on the severity of the message:

  • Messages in red colour mean that due to a problem, processing will not continue and the problem must be corrected.
  • Messages in yellow colour mean that inconsistencies can potentially occur during processing.
  • Messages in blue colour are shown for information and better understanding only.

Preview asset files

Product data asset files such as images, PDF user manuals, product videos, etc. are now displayed directly in the browser with a corresponding preview, where images can be examined, manuals checked and videos played.

URLs linking to asset files can also be opened and downloaded with just one click.

This functionality is also integrated into the platform module for processing product data assets, which supports highly scalable downloading, renaming, converting and transforming of image and document data.

The Onedot platform now also offers full support for UN/EDIFACT messages and supports all official messages up to Syntax Version 3 / Segment Release 3.0.

This includes in particular the widely used D96A PRICAT price and product data catalogues, which can often be made available from ERP systems.
