New design for feedback task conditions

New design for feedback task conditions

Feedback tasks and conditions have been revised and come with a whole range of advantages:

Problems are now displayed in real time directly in the problematic cell. The mouse can be moved over the error annotation, which displays a message about the problem. The same applies to the shield icon of the feedback column.

The messages in the header of the feedback task are now also grouped to improve the clarity in case of many problems.

New discussion panel

Feedback tasks show new a discussion view that displays user comments on specific aspects of product data as a history.

This makes it possible to transparently trace queries within the specialist departments about certain product characteristics and their significance.

Simplified GraphQL queries

Simplified GraphQL queries

The GraphQL queries of the Onedot API have been standardised and now only return live objects by default.

Archived objects are also not returned in the case of multi-valued object properties, but are returned in the case of single-valued object properties.

This further simplifies the programmatic control of the Onedot platform by third-party systems or integrations into merchant portals.

New user management

New user management

A completely overhauled user management is now available in the Onedot app.

In a central location, all users, their roles and groups where they are members, are clearly listed and can be changed.

Users are now also displayed with photos that have been deposited with Gravatar. In addition, the data of the last activity of a user is also displayed in order to quickly identify inactive users.

Filtering the progress bar

Filtering the progress bar

The progress display can now also be filtered by time window.

A new attribute Between can be used in the filter bar to select start and end dates, thus focusing on onboardings of product catalogues in this time frame.

Of course, all statistics and metrics are also recalculated in real time.

Improvements in data views

Improvements in data views

Data views in feedback tasks can now be changed even more easily.

New views are quickly created via a specific action, based on the original view with which the feedback task was created.

Alternatively, new views can also be copied from an existing one, taking the configuration of the existing view as a draft.
